1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Foreign Recruitment Advisory & Placements

Country Touch acts as a licensed facilitation intermediary connecting prospective jobseekers with vetted international employers in accordance with statutory foreign employment laws.

No Guarantee of Outcome: While we work diligently to match qualified candidates with verified overseas openings, final hiring decisions, salary terms, and visa approvals are subject to employer discretion and destination country immigration authorities.
Candidate Authenticity: Applicants must provide genuine, accurate information regarding educational background, work history, and medical fitness. False documentation will result in immediate disqualification.
Ethical Fees: We do not charge unauthorized recruitment placement fees. Official expenses (medical tests, visa fees, passport clearances) follow transparent statutory procedures.

3. Airline Ticketing & Travel Reservations

Airline reservations and ticket issuance are subject to the contract of carriage and fare rules of the respective operating carriers.

Fares & Availability: Airfares and seat allocations are guaranteed only upon ticket issuance following confirmed payment.
Changes & Cancellations: Date modifications, rerouting, and refunds are governed strictly by airline tariff rules and applicable administrative charges.
Travel Documents: Travelers are responsible for possessing valid passports (minimum 6-month validity), visas, transit permits, and vaccination certificates required for travel.

4. Holiday & Tour Packages

Tour bookings, hotel reservations, and excursion arrangements are subject to supplier availability and confirmation. Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather conditions, operational safety, or local regulatory changes.

5. Intellectual Property & Website Use

All website content, text, branding, graphics, and layouts are the intellectual property of Country Touch Travel Solutions and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
